Introductions...

Well, after a little suggesting from Tanya, I've decided to post a blog to keep all you family and friends updated. So, lets get the initial "catch up" over with:

John - The Ironman
John is currently working in Business Development for a mortgage company. He is continually growing with the company and enjoys motivating and coaching loan officers. Other than work and time spent with the family John can either be found in the water, on his bike, or pounding the pavement. We are so proud of John for finishing his first Ironman race this June in Ceour d'alene, Idaho!! You'd think after doing the Daddy of all races he'd be finished, right? Nope, he has a whole line of races (triathlons, marathons, rides, you name it) scheduled through the year, not to mention his plan to do 2 Ironman races next year.

Jenny
I am currently working for Millennia Investment Corp., a real estate investment company. When I'm not at work, I am at play with the kids and John. This year has been quite interesting for our little family and has allowed me to treasure and appreciate each moment I have with each of them. Aside from being a wife and mother, I am a "supporter" on the sidelines for my husband's races and joining him in his trainings. We enjoy running and swimming together and will plan to do several races together throughout the year.

Ellie and Josh
John and I are so extremely lucky to have our kids. Being step brother/sister, they get along so well and have so much fun together. Ellie (7) is starting 2nd grade at the end of this month, and Joshua (4) is starting pre-K. Ellie has an amazing gift for creative writing, drawing, and a slight addiction to littlest pet-shops. Josh is constantly learning, loves to be outside looking for and putting bugs in his pockets (watch out if you're going to do his laundry), and is in love with his nintendo ds. Both kids are FISH in the water... swimming is a must for these two!
